How to Measure Your Ring Size:

There are a few ways to measure your ring size at home:

Using a String or Paper Strip:
1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
2. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger where you’ll wear the ring. Make sure it’s tight enough not to slip, but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable.
3. Mark where the paper/string overlaps.
4. Unwrap and measure the length of the paper/string in millimeters (mm) from the start to the mark. This is your finger’s circumference.
5. Compare this measurement to the “Inside Circumference (mm)” column in the chart above to find your US ring size.
Using an Existing Ring:
1. Find a ring that fits the desired finger comfortably.
2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring with a ruler, in millimeters. Make sure to measure the widest part of the inside of the ring.
3. Compare this measurement to the “Inside Diameter (mm)” column in the chart above.

Important Tips for Measuring:

Measure multiple times: Your finger size can fluctuate throughout the day due to temperature, hydration, and activity. Measure at different times of day (ideally when your hands are warm) and average the results for the most accurate fit.
Consider your knuckles: If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, you might need a slightly larger size to get the ring over the knuckle, but not so large that it spins freely on your finger.
Band width: Wider ring bands tend to feel tighter than thinner bands, so you might need to go up a half size for a wide band.
Measure the specific finger: Each finger on each hand can have a different size, so measure the exact finger on which you plan to wear the ring.
When in doubt, size up: It’s generally easier to size down a ring slightly than to size it up significantly. If you’re between sizes, it’s often recommended to go for the larger half size.
